Danny Gonzalez

I graduated from Culinary School in 2009. I moved to Switzerland and traveled throughout Europe cooking with families and chefs. I found a sense of peace cooking in Italy. It felt like I finally knew what “family” meant. Cooking Italian food gave me a sense of warmth and comfort I never knew existed. It has been a mission of mine to create a familial connection with others through Italian cuisine and culture!
